The California Water Board and the Sacramento River Exchange funded a Watershed Assessment of the Upper Sacramento River basin to help inform future watershed management activities including forestry and wildfire management. The US Forest Service (partnering stakeholder) was primarily interested in using the analysis to guide pre wildfire management. See the Full Report.
